In the context of the impact of the painful loss of human life and the impoverishment of the world economy, which in education is characterized by:

❖ the separation of education (formal, non-formal and sometimes informal) from face-to-face contact;

❖ the submission of institutional programs to government commitments to the OECD, as well as to companies such as Google or Microsoft and commercial television stations, both of which are clearly oriented towards the privatization of education and banking instruction;

❖ a logic of global pedagogical blackout, which profoundly affects the processes of socialization, which exercises hegemonic power from a neo-liberal patriarchy, and which makes access to electronic and internet devices difficult for more than 60% of the population;

❖ the establishment of a model that requires (at the initial, preschool and primary levels) the presence of an adult, which is not possible for half of the population living on a daily basis;

❖ the accentuation of inequality and marginalization of the population;

❖ the worsening of educational backwardness and early school leaving;

❖ the invisibility of special education students, indigenous education students, migrant and multi-grade groups, community courses and vulnerable groups in general;

❖ the overloading of teaching work that now faces a "permanent day" controlled by educational bureaucracies, paying for equipment, connectivity and energy costs out of pocket;

❖ the imposition of how and what to evaluate without taking into account and devaluing the teachers, the educational communities and the contexts in which they are inserted; the Movement for Popular Alternative Education (MEPA)
